🔹 Standardisation

All our products are manufactured in accordance with global standardisation guidelines set by:

  • Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR)
  • Manufacturers Standardisation Society (MSS)
  • American Petroleum Institute (API)
  • American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)

🔹 Procurement of Raw Materials

We source all raw materials only from approved and certified suppliers. Our manufacturing process includes high-grade steel castings, stainless steel round bars, forgings, fasteners, gaskets, industrial paints, and premium packaging materials. Every batch undergoes internal quality verification before it enters the production line.


🔹 Quality Assurance

Each material is inspected by our Internal Quality Assurance Department prior to use. For instance, steel castings and rods are checked for dimensional and surface accuracy. Accepted materials are stamped with an “Inward Passed” mark, while any rejected materials are returned to the supplier with a Goods Inspection Report (G.I.R.) note.


🔹 Machining

The approved materials are issued to our machine shop, equipped with CNC and lathe machines. Valve bodies, bonnets, seats, and spindles are precision-machined and verified using micrometers and vernier calipers. After machining, valve bodies and bonnets proceed for hydrostatic testing, while other parts are sent to the assembly section.


🔹 In-Process Testing

All valve bodies and bonnets undergo hydrostatic pressure testing on motorized or hand-operated pumps, as per relevant international standards. Any part showing leakage or pressure loss is rejected and returned to the foundry. This process ensures zero leakage and maximum reliability.


🔹 Assembly

The approved components are assembled under the supervision of experienced technicians. Each valve is fitted with precision to achieve smooth operation and long-term performance, ensuring perfect sealing and alignment.


🔹 Lapping

Lapping is performed on seats, plugs, and other components to ensure superior sealing surfaces. This process is done either before or after assembly, depending on valve type and design.


🔹 Final Testing

Fully assembled valves are again tested under hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests to confirm there is no leakage and that every valve meets global performance standards.


🔹 Finishing & Painting

After successful testing, valves are cleaned, ground, and polished for a superior appearance. A coat of corrosion-resistant primer (red oxide) is applied, followed by two coats of high-quality paint. IBR-certified valves are offered for inspection before painting, and stamped with the authorized IBR number after approval.


🔹 Final Inspection

The final inspection is carried out by our Quality Assurance Department or an approved Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA). Inspectors verify serial numbers, dimensional records, and test reports to ensure full traceability and quality compliance.

🔹 Packaging & Logistics

Every valve is packed in moisture-proof polythene wrapping, cushioned with grass bedding, and enclosed in strong fumigated wooden crates. We provide custom labeling, export documentation, and marine insurance support as per client requirements.


📦 Dispatch

Before dispatch, all valves are cross-checked with the packing note and purchase order. Once verified, the shipment is moved to the warehouse or transporter for timely delivery to our domestic and international customers.
